Beyond Nairobi
County facilities are often equipped and then left unsupported, because the supplier does not travel. That is how functioning equipment ends up in store rooms.
We plan field service into the supply relationship from the start: installation on site, training for the staff who will actually operate the equipment, and scheduled maintenance visits that reach the facility rather than expecting the facility to reach us.
