We describe products as accurately as we can, using specifications published by the manufacturer. Specifications, configurations and availability may change without notice, and manufacturers may revise a product between our publishing a page and your placing an order.

Information on this website is provided for general guidance. The specification that applies to your purchase is the one stated on the formal quotation we issue to you.

We do not publish prices on this website. Submitting a quotation request, adding items to a quotation list, or sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve stock.

A quotation becomes binding only when issued by us in writing, and is valid for the period stated on it. Prices are subject to currency movement, manufacturer price changes and freight costs where a quotation has expired.

The reference number generated when you submit a request identifies your enquiry. It is not a confirmation of order, price or availability.

Orders are accepted at our discretion and are subject to a written order confirmation. Lead times stated on a quotation are estimates based on manufacturer information at the time of quoting.

Delivery schedules are agreed with your facility. Where installation is included, we will arrange a date once the site is confirmed ready against the pre-installation requirements we provide.

Where installation, commissioning and training are included, the scope is that stated on the quotation. Site preparation — including power supply, gas supply, drainage, shielding, ventilation and access — is the responsibility of the facility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Warranty terms are those offered by the manufacturer for the product concerned and are stated on your quotation. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, power irregularities, or use of non-genuine consumables and parts.

Nothing on this website, and no communication from our sales or technical staff, constitutes clinical or diagnostic advice. Decisions about patient care, and about the clinical suitability of equipment for a particular use, rest with qualified healthcare professionals at your facility.

The assistant on this website answers questions using information from our published catalogue. It does not quote prices, does not give clinical advice, and its answers do not bind us. For anything you intend to rely on, contact our sales or technical team.

The content, design and structure of this website belong to us or our licensors. Manufacturer names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products we supply. You may not reproduce our content commercially without written permission.
