Project 01
Scope
Analyser selection, bench layout, installation, calibration and reagent supply
A laboratory build-out is a sequencing problem before it is a purchasing one. Bench layout, power and water have to be settled before instruments arrive; calibration and quality control have to be running before the first patient sample. We plan the sequence, install to it, and keep the reagent stream supplied from the first run onward.
Project 02
Scope
Ventilators, patient monitors, infusion systems, ICU beds
Critical care equipping is judged on the day the unit opens. We install and commission ventilators, monitors and infusion systems, verify each against acceptance criteria, and train the nursing and clinical staff on the exact units they will use — not on a generic model.
Project 03
Scope
Anaesthesia workstations, operating tables, surgical lighting, electrosurgery
A theatre is commissioned as a working room, not delivered as a set of boxes. Gas supply, scavenging, lighting positions and electrical loading are assessed first; equipment is then installed, tested and handed over with the anaesthetic and theatre teams trained on it.
Project 04
Scope
Ultrasound, radiography and imaging systems with applications training
Imaging installations live or die on siting. Room shielding, floor loading and power quality are assessed before the order is confirmed, then systems are installed, commissioned and handed over with applications training for the radiographers and sonographers who will run them.
Project 05
Scope
Delivery beds, infant warmers, resuscitaires, phototherapy, fetal monitoring
Labour wards and newborn units need equipment that works at three in the morning without a technician on site. We equip them accordingly, and train the midwifery staff on resuscitation and warming equipment as part of handover rather than as an optional extra.
Project 06
Scope
Multi-department preventive maintenance under annual contract
For facilities with equipment across several departments, we run scheduled preventive maintenance under annual contract — with an inventory, a visit schedule, priority fault response and the service records that inspections ask for.
