Overview
Dental CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) captures a full three-dimensional scan of a patient’s teeth, jaw, and surrounding maxillofacial structures in a single rotation, giving clinicians detailed cross-sectional views that 2D dental X-rays cannot provide. It supports implant planning, root canal assessment, impacted tooth evaluation, and orthodontic and TMJ diagnostics.
As a floor-mounted radiology unit, it is intended for a dedicated imaging room in a dental clinic, oral surgery practice, or diagnostic imaging centre offering dental CBCT services.
Medix East Africa supplies the dental cbct with pre-installation site assessment, delivery, installation and commissioning by our own biomedical engineers, and acceptance testing before handover. Operator training is delivered to the staff who will use it day to day, and technical training is available for your biomedical department.
After handover we hold genuine spare parts for the equipment we supply, run preventive maintenance under annual contract, and respond to faults across Kenya and the wider East African region.
