This is the 12-inch touchscreen display unit fitted to the Comen AX500 anaesthesia workstation, the interface where the anaesthetist sets ventilation modes and reviews measured values and waveforms side by side during a case. It is stocked as a service and replacement part for hospitals running AX500 machines, so a cracked, failed, or unresponsive screen can be swapped out without taking the whole workstation out of service.
Fitting should be carried out by a qualified biomedical engineer, and the module should be matched to the machine’s software revision.
