Screw-cap stool specimen containers with an integral spoon for collection and transport to the laboratory.
Overview
These stool specimen containers give patients a clean way to collect a faecal sample and get it to the laboratory intact. A spoon moulded into the underside of the screw cap lets the sample be transferred without improvised implements, and the leak-resistant thread keeps the container sealed through handling and transport. Made from clear or translucent plastic so the laboratory can assess the sample before opening, with a writing panel or label area for patient identification.
Supplied clean and single-use for parasitology, culture, and occult blood testing.
