Single-dome ceiling-mounted operating light delivering focused, shadow-reduced illumination over the surgical field.
Overview
This single-arm operating light gives a bright, focused beam over the surgical field from one ceiling-mounted dome, suited to minor theatres, procedure rooms, and day-surgery units that do not need the coverage of a twin-dome installation. The articulating arm swings and rotates through a wide range so the surgeon can reposition the light without leaving the table, and the sterilisable central handle allows adjustment from within the sterile field.
LED or halogen light heads give a high colour-rendering index for accurate tissue-colour recognition, with adjustable focus and intensity.
Medix East Africa supplies the operating light - single arm with pre-installation site assessment, delivery, installation and commissioning by our own biomedical engineers, and acceptance testing before handover. Operator training is delivered to the staff who will use it day to day, and technical training is available for your biomedical department.
After handover we hold genuine spare parts for the equipment we supply, run preventive maintenance under annual contract, and respond to faults across Kenya and the wider East African region.
