Overview
This 15G fistula needle is the largest-bore size in the range, used to cannulate a mature arteriovenous fistula or graft where the prescription calls for a high blood flow rate through the extracorporeal circuit. The wider lumen supports those flow rates at lower arterial and venous pressures, which reduces haemolysis risk and alarm interruptions during a session.
A thin-wall, sharp-bevel cannula limits vessel trauma, and the winged hub gives a secure, low-profile grip for taping. Sterile and single-use, stocked alongside the 16G and 17G sizes so units can match needle to access and flow rate.
