Hemodialysis Machine D50 Elite (Double Pump)

The D50 Elite runs a double-pump blood circuit, the configuration used where single-needle treatment or a second controlled flow path is required. It covers hemodialysis, hemofiltration and hemodiafiltration, with sequential and isolated ultrafiltration modes available depending on configuration.

A 15-inch touchscreen carries the treatment interface, showing blood and dialysate parameters together rather than across separate displays, and the machine supports 5, 10, 20, 30 and 50ml heparin syringes so a unit is not tied to one consumable size. An intelligent auto-tracking system monitors the circuit through the session.

A 10000mAh battery keeps the machine running for up to 30 minutes during a power outage — enough, in practice, to complete a controlled rinseback and disconnect a patient safely rather than abandoning a session.

It is used together with a dialyzer, bloodline set, fistula needles and dialysate concentrates for each treatment, all of which Medix supplies as a continuing stream.

Medix East Africa supplies the haemodialysis machine double pump with pre-installation site assessment, delivery, installation and commissioning by our own biomedical engineers, and acceptance testing before handover. Operator training is delivered to the staff who will use it day to day, and technical training is available for your biomedical department.

After handover we hold genuine spare parts for the equipment we supply, run preventive maintenance under annual contract, and respond to faults across Kenya and the wider East African region.
