M70Overview
The M70 works as both a portable and a desktop colour Doppler system, sized for the ultrasound department but light enough for mobile diagnosis and outreach. A 15.6-inch high-resolution medical LCD adjusts for viewing angle, and three activated transducer connectors let the operator switch between convex, linear, and endocavity probes without reconnecting between patients.
A built-in lithium battery supports genuine point-of-care scanning away from mains power. Pulse Inverse Harmonic Imaging and B/C/D linkage imaging optimise B-mode, colour, and spectral Doppler together, with intelligent 3D/4D imaging for volumetric obstetric work.
Medix East Africa supplies the m70 portable ultrasound with pre-installation site assessment, delivery, installation and commissioning by our own biomedical engineers, and acceptance testing before handover. Operator training is delivered to the staff who will use it day to day, and technical training is available for your biomedical department.
After handover we hold genuine spare parts for the equipment we supply, run preventive maintenance under annual contract, and respond to faults across Kenya and the wider East African region.
