Overview
The Comen V1 is a compact, portable ventilator built for emergency response and inter-facility patient transport, using an integrated high-performance turbine to deliver the same range of ventilation modes as a full ICU ventilator. Inspiratory pressure reaches up to 65 cmH2O, oxygen concentration is continuously adjustable, and the device monitors over 40 vital-sign parameters alongside its ventilation functions.
Its hot-swappable battery supports more than 9 hours of continuous operation, and an IP24-rated, drop-resistant housing (rated to withstand a fall from 0.75m) suits ambulance, air-transport, and field use.
Medix East Africa supplies the comen v1 ventilator with pre-installation site assessment, delivery, installation and commissioning by our own biomedical engineers, and acceptance testing before handover. Operator training is delivered to the staff who will use it day to day, and technical training is available for your biomedical department.
After handover we hold genuine spare parts for the equipment we supply, run preventive maintenance under annual contract, and respond to faults across Kenya and the wider East African region.
